No refunds or substitution if patron cancels for reasons other
than military exigency, such as mobilization or deployment.
Reservations cancelled in response to military exigency will
receive a full refund. In the event of cancellation due
to military orders, individual will be offered an option to
rebook without monetary penalty, on alternative dates.
Golf Packages of the Carolinas is not responsible if accommodations
become unavailable due to natural disaster or other events beyond
the reasonable control of Golf Packages of the Carolinas.
Golf Packages of the Carolinas' vacation destinations, prices,
and travel times subject to availability. Offer may not
be used for commercial purposes.
If cancellation
is received more than 45 days before check-in date, fee will
be returned less $65.00. If cancellation is received 45
days or less before check-in, fee will be returned less $125.00.
Golf Packages of the Carolinas must be provided a written statement
that cancellation was required as a result of military exigency,
signed by an officer in the individual's chain of command.
Golf Packages of the Carolinas may enforce a more liberal refund
policy at its discretion. Refunds will be processed as
a charge-back to the credit card account used when the reservation
was confirmed. Guest may be required to present proof
of eligibility at time of reservation and check-in (for example,
ID card or Leave & Earnings Statement).
The services
and products offered by Golf Packages of the Carolinas are not
endorsed by any element of the United States Government or any
Coast Guard Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality.
